A few words about the project
We always want to bring you news about our greatest projects and after we met someone recently who asked us to help him transform his own kitchen. We normally cherry pick our projects to report on, with considerations for either size or prestigious attributes; this project however had caught our attention due to the excellent craftsmanship on the fabrication.
The designer had chosen a tonal balance between the natural, organic and warm feel of the wall tiles to work with and compliment the cold feel of the polished granite worktops. the contrasting colour between the outer worktop in a stunning highly polished black granite with fine detail within and the olive tones of the polished granite on the island unit.
The sink of the outer worktop has drainage grooves cut into it on both sides and was designed to be worked around the existing Belfast sink. The furniture is modern and contemporary which gives a striking accent against the timeless and super traditional random slate flooring.
We feel that our colleague has done an amazing job working to immaculate detail, the down stands have been made to form 50mm down stands against a 20mm thick granite, you must agree the finished article is totally beautiful!!
